WOODS-N-WATER NEWS
If you want a truly quiet, 100-percent waterproof suit, Rivers West is making suits out of a new material called H2P. This material was developed by a man who lives in Seattle, Washington where it rains a lot. He got tired of getting wet no matter what waterproof clothing he wore when hunting. After three years of research and development, H2P was brought to the marketplace in camouflage hunting suits. Rivers West is based in Seattle, and as far as I know, they are the only company making waterproof / breathable hunting clothing in America. I used one last winter in sub-zero temperatures while coyote hunting for a wind-breaker and it was totally quiet and absolutely awesome. I have never owned a waterproof suit before that was totally quiet in those temperatures. (excerpt from article: Hi-tech: carbon suits are the ultimate in scent control)
