JOHN JENSEN
The following testimonial was written by John Jensen - a distributor of knives and various hunting products. John purchased two Sawtooth Mountain Parkas, Modoc Overalls, and two pairs of gloves (made of H2P® Camo in Mossy Oak Break-Up). This testimonial speaks to the validity of the H2P® Waterproof System for use on a cold Fall elkhunt.

Dear Mike and Matthew,

I am one of your dealers in Bonita, Ca. My brother (and business partner) Bob and I bought your product to use elk hunting in Eastern Oregon this year. We are 68 and 63 years young respectively, and have used many types of clothing over the years (we feel this somewhat qualifies our opinions). This short note is to report on our first use & test of your Sawtooth Mountain Jacket, Modoc Overalls and H2P® Gloves.

First, let me say that we both felt the clothing was extremely comfortable. It is very lightweight (wore like regular clothing), unlike the bulky quad parkas, down or synthetic insulated jackets and bibs, or insulated fleece products of past use. In fact, it is so light and comfortable that we were skeptical of its advertised performance. Thus we were anxious to try it in rain and/or snow to see if it truly performed as you folks and guide, Mike Skoro, claimed.

While we did not encounter rain or snow this year on Mt. Emily in Eastern Oregon, we did have pretty cold weather. Morning temps were as low as 9 degrees and when we left our vehicle to hunt at daybreak it was between 13-16 degrees. The days were clear and blue with sunny skies but never over 48 degrees. We were dressed with lightweight polypropylene under shirts and pants and a chamois shirt with your jacket and bibs. Our first and lasting impressions were, quite simply - this stuff works, and it works well! We were never cold (other than an occasional chill brought on by a cold wind) and could walk our areas and easily maneuver in comfort. When we did warm up we merely unzipped the arm pits and bib leg bottoms and bib top and remained comfortable.

Even though we did not have rain, based on your Shot Show demonstrations and the proven quality, we are confident these items are 100% waterproof.

In short, we are very impressed and appreciative of your product.

By the way:Please tell Mike Skoro, who suggested we fish the Balm Creek Reservoir, that fishing was great! The water was extremely low but we managed to catch some nice 13-15" Rainbows. We thank him for the suggestion. We even saw deer and a nice flock of wild turkeys.
